• $90 per hour, per tradesman
   
• This rate is below the local industry standard for maintenance and repair work
   
• I typically work alone but will vet and vouch for all crew members I do use.
   
• For safety and liability reasons, customers may not assist with the work
   

Repeat customers know I am willing to work with them on pricing through clearly defined contracts when appropriate.

My goal is to earn your repeat business, not maximize a single invoice.

• Estimates are free
   
• Quotes for projects over $1,500 may require a fee proportional to the scope and complexity
   
• A minor works contract is implied unless a separate written contract is drafted for clarity
   

• A 30-day workmanship warranty is implied
   
• Written warranties are available upon request at project completion
